Associate Certified Coach(ACC) is given by the International Coaching Federation(ICF).
It is recommended for those who want to gain certification from the largest and leading global organization for coaches and coaching. The certification will give you credibility to coach in ministry, businesses, and everywhere else.

This program is offered through Coach Approach Ministries (CAM). The curriculum was developed by pioneers in Christian coaching and is taught by ICF-credentialed coaches who also happen to be great instructors.

He has been coaching business leaders and teams, pastors and young leaders for years in Japan and around the world. 501: The Foundations of Christian Coaching
This course provides the basic foundation for understanding and practicing coaching. Topics covered include: core coaching skills, coaching conversation model, the biblical basis for coaching, how coaching is distinct from counseling and mentoring, and how can use coaching in their ministries or workplace. You will finish the course ready and able to use coaching at a basic level.

503: Coaching Change, Transition and Transformation
Coaching is all about change, but not all change is the same and coaches need to be able to support three types of change: proactive change, transitions, and deep transformation.
This course provides students the knowledge and skills necessary for coaching people and groups through change. Attention is given to understanding different types of change, how to support people going through transitions, and how to use coaching to initiate positive change .

504: The Neuroscience of Coaching
The human brain is a wonderful and wonderfully complex organ. Knowing how the brain works (and doesn't work) helps coaches provide better coaching. In this course, you'll learn the basics of neuroscience (in everyday English) and how these basics apply to help clients retain, retrieve, and leverage new learning to promote growth and goal attainment.

GMC: Group Mentor Coaching
This is a mentor coaching process that includes ten hours of mentor coaching – seven hours through a group coaching/supervision cohort and three hours of one-on-one feedback coaching with at least two mentor coaches.
This process is specifically intended to satisfy the mentor coaching requirement for ICF credentialing, prepare coaches to successfully complete the ICF performance evaluation, and provide ongoing support as you complete the ICF Credentialing application.

What platform do you use?
We use the Zoom platform. It is also possible to connect via telephone if internet is not available.
Is there a live instructor?
Yes, the International Coach Federation requires the training to be live to count for their certification.
Will I see the other students in class?
Yes, many of the students share their video, and we encourage a lot of interaction. You will get to know and like several other students in the class.
Can I join by courses?
Yes, you can join/purchase each course separately. Here is a breakdown of the cost.
